Planning Doesn't Need to Be Complicated For You

Too often, attorneys can unknowingly make legal planning more complex and convoluted than it needs to be. This is especially true for Estate , Financial, and Medicaid Planning. It's almost as if law school and years of practice "washed away" their ability to speak to their clients in plain English. Keeping things focused. easy to understand, and simple for my clients has earned me the reputation of being The Plain English Attorney(TM).

Because the education process around legal planning topics can become outrageously expensive if you are paying an attorney by the hour to teach you, I have developed several courses designed to break down these topics in easy to understand language with a focus on the knowledge you need and the decisions you need to make as a client. If you can save several hours of paid attorney time at $200-$500 per hour or so to get this knowledge, why wouldn't you?
